2 Para. A few hours after H was killed. C&D Coy were assaulting Goose Green
School House, heavily defended by Argentines. A white flag appeared over the
school house, the British ceased fire, and Subaltern Jim Barry, of D Coy
approached the school house to accept the surrender. He was shot dead. The
school was reduced by 66mm and Carl Gustav rounds, and no prisioners were
taken.
