Ok, some more theology and ecclesiastical history, if you can bear the topic.
I too, am a Catholic, and do participate in our parish life.
I grew up in the largely Lutheran city of Hamburg, thus I was very much in a
minority. In fact, until very late in the 19th century no Catholic churches
were allowed in the City. Anyway, my experience may not have been typical of
thoroughly Catholic areas.
And if you don't like the topic or might be offended by some
pro-Catholic
views, just hit the "delete" button.

Bosnian Muslims are nothing more than Orthodox and Catholics who apostasized
in the face of Turkish persecution. So as far as the Serbs (and Croats) are
concerned, they are nothing more than traitors to their people and their
religion.
There's something to be said for that, but then again
I'm pretty irrational in regards to Turks or wanna-be
Turks.
