With that said, I do demos, spread information, and run games for Steve
Jackson Games in an "official" capacity and the current information regarding
OGRE mini's is that they are looking for someone to make them, but that it is
NOT expected REAL SOON. I too wish they would get some of these mini's back
out since I learned about OGRE using the mini's.
Someone (forgot who, sorry; NDolyle?) earlier posted, asking if anyone knew
where Ogre minis might be picked up. FYI, I have seen them at a couple of SF
conventions. I picked up a Mk V for $40 at Marcon last year. I swung through
the dealer room at Marcon this year and found two people selling Ogre minis,
but had zero $$ to pick up more stuff. One guy had Ogres available (1 Mk IIIs,
a Mk V, a couple Fencers, and a Mk VI if I remember right; I was kinda in a
hurry 'cause I was almost late for my panel, so just glanced over what he had
out then ran on; never got a chance to go back and relook).
Anyway, fyi. You might consider trying some of the larger SF cons like Marcon,
and prowl through the dealer rooms.
Or maybe some of the smaller cons (though the small cons around here have had
zilch for gaming supplies)

Try www.sentrybox.com. This is a hobby shop in Calgary, Alberta (it claims to
be the largest in the world). They have an extensive
mail-order
service, and the last time I went there, they had some Ogre minis in a bottom
shelf somewhere.
