Oceanic Union page updated

Yet another update for the OU page. Of most general interest is a picture
of the prototype New Israeli, the half-dozen or so of the first batch in
this new range should be available now, or at least in the next few days.

Also up are painted and bare-metal pictures of the Harlequin missile
team (thanks to Bruce Lee) and a listing of all (I hope) of the OU figures I
don't yet have illustrated.
