non-violent weapons

Another non-violent weapon idea I rememember hearing about is
"slippery stuff" to be poured on roadways etc. to make it impossible for
people to keep their feet, and to make vehicles lose control. Also,
rubber-eating, grease-guzzling and explosive-munching bacteria to stop
the enemy's vehicles and rot his munitions.
