Hello Everybody
Just found very nice miniatures vendor website:
http://www.newwave.org/
I don't know how they compare for prices or service, but the site is
impressively illustrated with pics for every figure - better than the
Eureka or GZG sites. They have the fancier GZG and Eureka figures, but not
their "real
soldiers" :-(
But if you wanted to know what a Eureka mounted ape warrior looked like,
that's the place to go.
Greetings
I am on a list that discusses the reliability/integrity of miniature
dealers. From what I've learned on that list, newwave.org is of dubious
quality. YMMV, as this is 3rd-hand information, so it's worth
approximately what you paid for it.
To read the (sometimes acrimonious) threads on New Wave, check out:

Unfortunately, you would have to actually JOIN the group. A barrier to some.

I've heard very good things about them, with two exceptions:
They have a strange policy of charging you even if they haven't got a model in
stock, and they'll ship it to you whenever they get their hands on it
again.
Also their shipping costs across the Atlantic seem ridiculously expensive.
Otherwise a very well designed site, with a huge selection

I can vouch that this is true. I ordered from them just before Christmas
- 3
items. I got 2 of them fine, but the third has yet to arrive, and I was
charged the full amount.
On the whole, though, I have never had any problems with them. Having
ordered 3-4 times total.

I've bought stuff from them, had no problems.

Of course, I've only done so once, so I'm not a good statistical sampling.
