New Vector????

I keep hearing people discussing "new vector movement". I didn't see any
groundbreaking changes posted to the list, only a couple of minor bookkeeping
changes. What are the new vector rules that give KV this huge advantage?

I'm mostly curious because other than a minor nitpick about methods the vector
works just as it ran in Traveller. Vector is vector.

They're the ones you've seen. The "huge advantage" the KV gets is that
everyone else is a little less maneuverable than they used to be, so it is
easier to keep them in the KV's (F) arc.
