New Mercenary PA TO&E

Well, I've taken an assessment of my PA models and changed my TO&E ideas. My
original thoughts were for trying to field an entire company, but i have since
descided to focus more on an effective platoon organization. I highly doubt
I'd ever have a chance to field a full Company of PA in an SG2 game.

This is where my TO&E stands:

PLATOON HQ SECTION One Officer One Senior NCO One RTO One Medic Two Troopers

THREE COMBAT SQUADS One NCO One Support Trooper Four Troopers
