Yes, SuVasku and Phalon weaponry is all different from the Human stuff. No new
Human weapons.

No. The only change is that you can buy hull in any amount other than strict
10% increments (with a minimum of 10%).

Phalon ships of size 100 will be more like 425 in cost rather than 375
for a Human ship. Kra'Vak will be about the same, 375-ish. SuVasku -
just aren't comparable.They need a LOT of hull spare, as many of their weapons
involve shooting bits of themselves at their opponents.
