New Counters and the Kid game..

I will be relocating to Texas ahead of wife and kids while they sell the
house. Alone, in a apartment for 1-2 months.  Guess it's time for me to
actually post the Kids game COMPLETE with the Terran Republic and Jhi fleet
counters..

I will be up to Austin by April 10 or so. you can look to see the stuff posted
by a week or two after that.
