Either I'm too old, or too German. Definitely something I wish I hadn't seen.

I don't know that one or VFP (haven't actually read the books, but darnit I'm
gonna find 'em over the holidays!). But:

ROU = Rapid Offensive Unit GCU = General Contact Unit GSV = General Service
Vehicle

I suppose LOU could be light offensive unit and LSV light service vehicle, but
no idea as to VFP.

Ah, OK. I missed the subtle difference between "Kra'Vak damaged ship" and
"damaged Kra'Vak ship".

Well... *loyal* might be a bit much to say about Kra'Vak... <g>

Okay, I answer that. <grin> Viable - 1) Capable of living, esp. born
alive with such form and development of organs to be normally capable of
living. 2) Capable of growing and developing. 3) Workable. Per Webster.

Per Glenn - capable of being fielded without buying a supplemental book
and providing a reasonable chance of defeating a similar point value
fleet using only the weapons in FT/2nd. True, tactics would require a
deft touch but COULD it be done? At least until I can afford some supplemental
material (around the last quarter of 2001.)

How do the 'standard' classes in FT/2nd compare to FT/1st, FB1/2, and
MT?

You don't have to be French to be a 'frog', or even human!
Nektons - Real Marines!
Starguard, Dirtside 2, Full Thrust, Ratner's Space Marines, Stellar Conflicts
and Uprisings. Resistance is everything!
