Thanks for the links, nice photos.

GW has done exactly that, the produce accessories, 2 different styles of

additional armour either close fitting panels or spaced armour that can also
be hung off the same hull.

They have also been very effiricent in making a whole family of vehicles out
of the same hull.

The basic APC hull can become a medium tank, an artillery vehicle, an air
defence vehicle, and IFV with the addition of different turrets and weapon
systems.

If it kept cost down and made it easy to manufacture, add on armour could be
made in resin.

Take a look at what Old Crow is doing with their 25mm line with add on
accessories.

I sent him an email congratulating him on this last year and asked if he

was going to make the 15mm line more modular like this and he (Jez) said

that was his plan.
