UPDATE - WEDNESDAY NOV. 13th: WARFARE NEW RELEASES!

Just a few days now before WARFARE, and here's a taster of the NEW items we're
going to be launching at the show. In 15mm infantry, as well as the NSL packs
and Robots already released last week, we will have COLONIAL DEFENCE FORCE
(CDF) troops (4 different packs),
PAN-AFRICAN UNION (PAU) troops (3 packs) and JAPANESE CORPORATE
ASHIGARU (4 packs). In 15mm VEHICLES, we have a whole bundle of stuff as
previewed earlier this week, including SWAT Riot Vans (4 variants), MRAP
Patrol Vehicles (3 variants), trailered and
ground-mount long range Missile and MLRS Batteries and Sensor/Tracker
units for them! All the new releases will be available for mailorder here on
the store as soon as possible after we're back from the show, but if you can
make it to Reading on Saturday or Sunday then you'll
have the chance to see and buy them - while stocks last, of course!

Best,

Jon (GZG)

I had a lot of trouble with the master mould of it, could never get
it to run successfully (no idea why - it's weird, sometimes it's the
"easiest" shapes that give the most problems....) so it never got a production
mould made. Now you've reminded me of it, at some point when i have time I'll
have to dig the old mould out and maybe give it another go....?

I'll second Zoe on this. It'd be nice to have a big OU ship, so do please have
another go if and when you have the time.

At the risk of being accused of trying to teach my grandma to suck eggs,

and not knowing anything about the casting problems (or, indeed, casting),
maybe you could do something to the master to make it easier to cast? From my
memory of Oerjan's original sculpt and general appreciation of OUDF ship
shapes, could the main hull be split somehow
-- horizontally into an upper and lower hull, or vertically into fore
and aft sections, either of which should be easier to cast than a full hull?
Or is that not the problem?

Either way, we OUDF fleet-holders would much appreciate a new class or
classes, so thanks in anticipation for at least considering the idea.

Me being picky here:-)

Would the wheels of the colomial rover and ranger fit on the new MRAP and
trailer?
I think I like the ranger/rover wheels better, it pulls things
together in terms of style, and it would allow me to put a trailer behind a
bigger vehicle.
