Ok, It took a bit more time than I thought, but the entries for extra Club100
Ghurkas are finally on the Eureka website. For more details see:
http://rama.pds.twi.tudelft.nl/~frits/tuffleyverse/ghurkas/
There are 6 different figures, 3 of which are prone figures. The figures are
all major modifications of existing figures, so they require 50 commitments
each before Nic will put them into production.
Current commitments are at 28(total, not per figure). These are from myself,
Tom Barclay and Derk Groeneveld. These were for the first 4 figures, so the
total will probably change.
All figures can be committed to individually. Please try to spread out your
commitments over multiple figures so that we can get more than 1 figure into
production.
Nic will probably correct any glaring errors I made on my webpage.
Cheers,

To heck with the Ghurkas!;) I might actually purchase something NAC

Wouldn't Sikhs be ESU?
But seriously folks - I've had this picture in my minds eye of running
an
Stargrunt/Dirtside/Full Thrust
mini-campaign centred around the adventures of Captain Singh of the INS
Jumna (see posts in January)

Well, then take the idea to Eureka. But in the meantime, do sign up for
some of these magnificent new Ghurka's - we need you to sign up ;)
Cheers,
On a similar note, I might actually buy some NAC if they did Highlanders,
though I think the only difference might be some sort of affectation on body
armor. Even I'm not silly enough to expect them to wear kilts in space.
Sikhs would be cool though too.
Unfortunately, I'm primarily an NSL or soon to be Tonk player..;)

I hope they have artificial gravity!!!

Well, I am back online. We had some severe problems with an MX fallback
mailserver that is now out of the loop until the problems are solved.
So, to everybody that wanted to confirm a commitment for several hundreds
of the new ghurkas: you can email me again:-)
I'll also post on r.g.m.m to give them a bit more publicity.

I have not been able to post anything there since Deja sold out... I mean was
bought.
I quit reading in frustration.

Umm..., you don't need Deja to post messages on usenet. As long as you have
an ISP with an nntp server any news reading/posting software should
work. I use nn under Linux, but there should be similar software under
Windows.
