Missing universe

A couple of yoears ago I found a a universe at the internet showing the
locations on all major and minor powers in the FT.

Unfortunately I have had problems with my old drive and therefore I have
lost this link/address.

If any of you do know the location of this universe would you then be so kind
as to inform me about it.
