Los and I were discussing this. Since we were inside in small rooms we thought about a few things. Power Armor cannot go through breaches unless they are truly large. Power Armor can fit in the halls and major doors but not through the doors into the rooms and offices. That would have given the infantry somewhere to hide. Or better yet, the whole place is too small and the power armor stays upstairs and watches the match on the closed circut monitors.
