I Need a Cybertank Figure (Not an OGRE) which is roughly 80mm Long..... Does anyone know of any companies that produce such a figure, or is St Jon's Figure dept able to help? Just looking for that little Extra Sci-Fi flavour to Dirtside.

It's somewhat shorter but Scotia makes a super heavy/multi turreted tank in 1/300. You can get your local store to order it from Simtac. Faron

Supertanks of all sizes, right up to humungous landships.
Personally, my favourite is their Gojira Hakaisha ("Destroyer of Godzillas")

I'm having a little trouble with the term 'not Ogre'. You just don't like that design? Or are you wanting something in particular? One of the most interesting Ogre I saw was a conversion used for a Ninja, made from a Fasa Gorn BB, with tracks added on the bottom. Sleek and BAD. On the other hand, you'll notice on eBay Fasa ships garnering a lot of expensive interest. I'm pretty certain that the Revirisco big tanks are smaller than your description and the 'Landships' are basically Squat Land Trains meets WWII BB's... Describe in more detail your wants, and we can make better suggestions. ;-> = The_Beast

Scotia/Simtac put out some nice stuff with multiple guns and whatnot, but they are not easy to come by. Superior Starfleets has a line called MAATACS with a ton of cool looking armor units. Take a look at: http://www.stellargames.com/ Another site is for Stan Johansen miniatures: http://www.polomania.com/stan/ Over the years, I have bought numerous toy tanks that make excellent oversize/cyber tanks in DSII. Most are not big name items, but the kind of stuff you occasionally find when passing down the toy isles. Always worth a look. I have a couple of cool Matchbox tanks and some Galoob tanks that are excellent for this. Of course they might need a new paint job and some extra detail to look appropriate versus toy-like. I would think about any tank can made to look like a cyber tank with some minor mods like more sensors and less hatches, etc. Mike Michael Miserendino Senior Software Engineer Lincoln Re mtmiserendino@lnc.com > owner-gzg-l@CSUA.Berkeley.EDU at internet 02/02/00 07:05PM >>> I am using a Tank from Scotia.
