Looking for 15mm Figures

The old Tabletop Games range had a number of figures that were similar to Star
Wars stormtroopers. I believe they are still available, but there doesn't
appear to be a website.

Nope they don't, though if you are in the UK, I believe Matt hits a couple of
the bigger cons.

There's a website up for tabletop miniatures
http://www.tabletopminiatures.co.uk/ with the old laserburn line if
that's what you're meaning, though there isn't an actual catalougue on the
site yet, though it's supposed to be in the works.
