I've not received a 'full' portion of the FMA items, and I seem to also
be missing a number of other posts. Ex. I receive the GZG-Digest, and I
noticed a response to SG WWII, but throughout the rest of the messages there
was no original posting. This could explain the missing FMA items as well.

i have posts from St St St Jon entitled "FMA Draft part 1B", "FMA Draft part
1C" and "FMA Draft part 1D"; i don't have a part 1A. is there a part 1A?
i also have reposts from Adrian Johnson entitled "lets try this
again..."
and "lets try this again, part 2...". is this a repost of the contents of
'part 2'?
it would be nice if someone could post a list of the parts we're supposed to
have.
incidentally, is Listfuhrer Seidl back from his travels yet? the
transmission of the draft might be overstressing the list server - if
he's not back, maybe we should wait until his return until we retry.

The FMA rules were originally attempted as two parts, the first part failed
for everyone (I believe) because it was too large.
Then it was posted as a 5 part message.
FMA Draft part 1[A-E]
The deliver sequence was rather odd, I received them in order ADECB, the
staggared deliver was not odd, the odd part was that part B made it through 10
minutes after all the other parts.
no more reposts to the list - target individuals only (thanks doug)
The cannonical list of parts posted has been supplied by Roger Brooks

We originally received a post entitled "OFFICIAL FMA listings part 2 -
costings" or something like that, from Jon.
Several people commented that they hadn't received it, so I reposted it to the
list. It didn't come back through to me when I reposted it, so I split it in
half, and posted it again with the "lets try this again" message. The two "try
again" messages contain the entire contents of Jon's original post about the
points cost system in FMA.
Hope that helps.
