Liberal/Conservative

In the US, if you have a group of five guys--
A conservative buys a six pack, uses three cans to hire three guys to do a
job, and doesn't give any to the fifth one who declined to be hired. A liberal
figures they have the conservative outnumbered, so he gets the other guys to
vote for him, they take 5 of the conservative's beers, the liberal keeps two,
and passes out the remaining three cans to his constituents. The conservative
shortly thereafter stops buying beer.
