Less than effective troops

I sure stirred the pot! Now that we have given some ideas of the state of the
GZGverse, can we see some OBs and scenarios for the less than optimal force?

Yellow force: Squad has 10 soldiers, SL (SMG), 1 GPMG, 8 Riflemen, basic Body
armor, basic Comms. Draw from blue and green quality with only 1 "1" from each
color in the mix.
