contact with them!

your only salvations is to GET RID OF THE ROTTEN LEAD!

THEN SPRAY A PROTECTIVE GLOSS SEALER OVER THE REST, BEFORE PAINTING THEM!

after painting, another gloss acrylic sealer, and after that is dry, you can
use a dull sealer to get rid of the shiny look!
