Hi All,

I've now placed a couple of orders to Brigade, and have been very impressed
with the service Tony supplies. The miniatures are of excellent quality and
are reasonably clean and free of flash. They ship quickly, and if there's
anything left after they figure the actual postal cost, they throw in goodies
to make up for it. I notice good customer service, and it definitely earns my
loyalty.

For those concerned about the added price of an IMO, contact me off list and I
may be able to provide it without cost.

In fact, I'd say that all suppliers of FT minis, K.R. and Jon, are generally a
pleasure to work with. Must be encroaching senility from all
the lead ;-)

These are nice looking ships. I especially like the Golan Class container
ship, the Merkava Assault Ship and the Dayan Class Attack Carrier. The
Dirtside figures are also quite nice. I may have to build an israli force in
addition to my large NAC and growing OU forces.

Many thanks for the plug, Schoon - you're obviously angling for some
more
freebies in your next order ;-)

Don't know how I'm going to leave the building tonight, I don't think I can
get my swollen head through the door after all this praise...

It should be:

The above's OK if you don't want frames and the menu bar. If you do, use

http://www.tonyfrancis.free-online.co.uk/brigadeframes.htm

However, the server was spitting out errors last time I checked - I'm
waiting on my ISP to come back to me with a reason why.

The worst I've seen was this DNS entry an ISP set up for us:

ftp.mycompany.com CNAME ftp.mycompany.com [1]

that hostname resolves to itself :-) I laughed for a minute,
apologized to the six people with paying clients needing to get at files on
that server, and tried to get the dimwit (he had it resolving to an IP #
earlier that day, and changed it for no apparent reason) who did it fired. I
had to settle for embarressed apologies from the dimwit, the president of the
ISP, and the client who recommended them to us.

to keep this ontopic I'll volunteer to yell at free-online for you

I'm screaming, believe me (well, metaphorically at least - I'm writing
e-mails
in CAPITALS).

Please start yelling (and anyone else who wants to have go) since they're
clearly not reading my e-mails !

Let me know if you are still going to be sending an order into Brigade. I
want to play, too. ;->=
