The Kra'Vak design article WAS in a back issue of Valkerie (#9) but it WAS NOT
by JT. I forget to make a note of who it was by. I have no idea how good it is
as we don't use the Kra'Vak.

Kra'Vak Ship Design Formulae (NB. only valid if mass <=100?)

Power Factors   MASS/10        (Round Up)
Cost           (MASS x Power Factors x 2) + Constant
Constant       PF < 3	 50
PF < 5 40 Pf < 6 30
