Unless the new Fleet Book sez different, I'd be for not having a Kra'vak area,
but simply indications on the map of incursions into human space.

I prefer my aliens mysterious, and with a tendency to appear from an
unexpected quarter.

On an other note, I'd like to offer public apology concerning my comments on
items discussed, but not released. It was meant mostly tongue-in-cheek.
While I'd love ESU and NAC decals, I'm also not certain there'd be demand
enough to justify the startup cost. Though, I'm also ready to order a dozen
sheets. (He
said with trepidation, recalling how expensive ordering out-of-country
can be.)

Likewise, I obviously had a 'mature moment' concerning Bugs Don't Surf. I
thought the new FB mentioned in the GZG-Advert WAS BDS. *blush*

PS Matthew? Tounge is actually a fairly normal spelling for moi; both times in
previous notes, it came out that way, and I had to back space to correct it.
Those 'issues' are shared by a number of us here. ;->=

In a message dated 99-02-05 01:35:06 EST, you write:

Guys,
The picture you paint is not a pretty one. With the 'K' on
all sides of the human area the future of the human race is not in doubt.
We're DOOMED!!! If the effect you are trying for is the 'K' as a type of
'pirate' race that shows up for a raid now and again, the concept of 'fleets'
and taking systems cannot be justified. In game terms the 'K' should have a
base or area of
operations to allow the strikes/raids into human space.
The other VERY necessary concept is to leave the possibility of
other alien races open. The 'K' may have more than one enemy
in this area of space and this will allow the players to design 'alien' races
of thier own.

Bye for now,

John has an excellent point. I also prefer a sphere of influence at the very
least.
