JAMES H SCHMITZ

JAMES H SCHMITZ ,  i do believe, was a 1940s  writer of sci-fi before
the 60s. stared writing around the same time as A.E. VAN VOGT, as i recall.
his first best known work was called "AGENT OF VEGA".
