Just saw some old (ca.1995) work done by Jon T on Hammer's Slammers
conversions for DS2.
Has anyone done one for SG2 (specifically, I'm interested to know how
powerguns were handled). I have some ideas myself if this hasn't been explored
already. If so, can anyone point me to the link or send me a doc if it isn't
webified? <look ma, I made up a word...>
As to the DS2 conversion, I noted while looking through the vehicle designs
that PDS didn't seem to be a big factor. As I recall, the central fire
direction system basically slaved all the vehicles in an areas to blow down
missiles and artillery shells with the tribarrells. This seems like PDS or
ADS to me. Anyone have any idea how to handle/cost that aspect? Or did I
miss something in Jon's work?
