It certainly does look nice. I'm assuming this is the updated version of the
GDW Imperium? (If so, who snuck the "ch'a" into the counter sheet?)

You are most definitely assuming right. I pestered them a while back to do a
tactical combat ala Great War at Sea series. The guy said he would mention it
to Mark Miller (who still has the rights to Imperium) and that the never
published sequel might be done if the original sells
well...
