I'm looking for a very large image that shows spaceships from multiple
sci-fi
genres in scale with each other. I've seen it at least twice, but I can't find
it in my files or my bookmarks.

You're probably thining of the Starships Dimensions site. Not one big image,
but several pages of such images:

That's not it, but it's really really close. I may be able to use it.

I actually think that someone put these images into a poster... but I'm not
sure without finding that one image I saw.
