Hio,

I'm looking to find out if anyone has any information on the HSTV/L
project started in '82 as a study for a possible replacement for the (ech!)
M551 Sheridan. Jane's has some information, as did the Staff Historian at
TACOM. But what I'm looking for are clean photos of rear views and overhead
views showing the engine deck configuration. I have lots of jpegs from TACOM
showing front oblique, but no rear or overhead. I've contacted AAI
Corporation, (the folks who manufactured it), and they could not get a hold of
the, "only person who might know something about it." Any info would help.
Performance reports will be generously rewarded! Please contact me off list.

I think it did 0-48kph in 11.8 seconds, but it would help if I could
read
