How do I get back on the list?

A couple of days ago I got an e-mail announcing that
I'd been removed from the list (I presume due to problems with my ISP's mail
system, which has been misbehaving lately).

Unfortunately, I can't seem to get back on. Could someone with an idea what
the problem may be
reply to me by e-mail?
