Comments on these would be appreciated.

Overwatch: If a unit still has weapons to fire they can take an action to go
on Overwatch. Overwatch units can fire at any target that moves within their
line of sight or fires at them anytime during the turn. Once overwatch has
been used, the marker is removed an can only be placed again if the unit is
reactivated and an action is spent to put it on overwatch.

To fire while on overwatch, a reaction test of TV 0 is required.

Mech Crouching: If the mech spends 3" of movement it may crouch at the end of
it's movement. Crouching mechs count as size class instead of one size larger
while being shot at.

Laser Designating: Any unit can be assigned a laser designator. Infantry must
have the model marked in some way to determine which has it in case of
casualty. Capacity for LDs in vehicles is 1 capacity for fixed mount or 2 for
mast mount. (Masts allow the LD to be lifted above terrain elements without
exposing the vehicle. Shooting at masts is the same as shooting at individual
infantry figures. Units with LDs on masts may fire their own GMS "over" their
cover)

LDs allow the unit to make a communication roll to any unit with a guided
missile system. If successful the GMS unit may fire indirectly at the
designated target.

Range for LDs is LOS.

RFAC/MDC 1/2:
Die shift up for firecon and D10 impact against dispersed targets.

HELs: Receive double range bands against all targets Die shift up for firecon
and D10 impact vs dispersed targets

Gear Grenades: Mechs can throw grenades 12". Grenades scatter 1D3" always. 2"
blast radius with D10 impact. 3 grenades per capacity.

Unguided Rocket Pods: Each rocket counts as an IAVR Can launch as many rockets
as available at one time 2 rockets per capacity

Evasion for Air Elements:
Evasion requires a reaction test of TV +1.

Exposed weapons on Mechs: Instead of mobility hit, exposed weapons take a hit.
Roll randomly for which weapon system.

Don't let the clumsy 1970s technology relics the US Army lugs around fool you.
A laser designator can be built to be not much bigger than a laser pointer.
Since that's all it really is. Say flashlight sized?
If you're really high-speed, give your forward
observer a tunable laser carbine.
