This is only a little bit of an aside to the wonderful release of hte UNSC.
I showed a friend of mine, a self-proclaimed snob when it comes to ship
models. Upon seein the UNSC Dread he stopped, pointed ta the scree nadn

without hesitation said, "That is is the coolest *%@!% ship I have ever seen".

I think it's a hit.

On a personal note now. I was lookig nat the designs from Legends of Galactic
hHeroes again, lamenting once more on the lack of models for such
lovely designs. You say the UNSC will be 'techno-brick' and the
Japanese more 'ninja rocketship' is it possible some of the smaller UNSC
designs might have anythign in common with the LoGH ships, or that a future
fleet, might take its inspiration from these ships?

Well, once again, I love the ship an you have pleased my picky friend, so
kudos to you for bringing such a great design.

Eli

Actually, I've always thought the NSL bore more than a passing resemblance to
some of the LoGH designs. Although, I was assured that the sculptor had, at
the time, never seen the show...
