Subject: Help! ISO a photograph of 25mm Diemos and Phobos Hover Tanks (or worst case, 1/300th)

Hi group,

Someone out there must have a Diemos or a Phobos picture! Or maybe someone can
at least give me capsular descriptions of one vs. the other. I'm particularly
interested in the
Hover Tank variant (I'll take pics of the 1/300th versions if I can't
get 25mm versions). I have an opportunity to buy these, but I don't like
buying stuff sight unseen. And I own one of either the Phobos or Diemos, but
obviously it isn't in original packaging, so I have no idea which it is.

Any description (if no picture) could include the following: What are the
weapons and how are they mounted? (Particularly, I hate
S-tank like
fixed-hull weaponry for MBTs, so I try to avoid it)

Anyway, any help appreciated. You can email me at kaladorn at gmail dot com or
kaladorn at magma dot ca.

Merci Buckets, folks.

There is a Deimos on the front cover of the Dirtside II manual.
(according to p.16, DEIMOS/SO Heavy Tank, FWT-12 from CM Designs).

Is that the one you mean?

G'day Adrian,

> I'd love to, but copyright issues....

Given that geohex is gone, if the source is at least acknowledged wouldn't
that dodge the problem, at least enough that if someone was offended by the
pics use they may be placated enough to let you know before sending in the
lawyers? At least that's the theory Derek's
working off as he's put/putting it up on our site.

Cheers

Hiya Beth,

Ah, well, then I get to dodge the problem too...

;)

If Derek is putting up the pics, then I just have to put up a link.

Heh.

Ah the marvels of the internet...

(you're probably right - I can't imagine anyone really getting their
knickers in a knot over putting up pics of this stuff particularly since

GeoHex is gone and we could attribute them properly...)
