Hey all:
While I'm on the topic of basing, I've got some DS II infantry packs and I'm
wondering just what the two figure stands are for. Is there a rule in DS about
"half strength elements" that I missed, or is this to accommodate other
wargames?
Later,
As far as I know, the two figure stands are for basing GMS and APSW teams, or
any other kind of specialist team. I usually have one GMS figure and one
regular soldier with a rifle for a GMS team, and two figures with machine guns
for APSW teams. (I only use a representation for the APSW since the GZG
packs don't have heavier crew-served AP weapons)

LAD, GMS/L, APSW teams IIRC.
Would work with home rules for size "one-half" DFFG/HEL - 36 inch
anti-Infantry range/MDC heavy weapons too.

My guess would be that these are for APSW, RAM, and GSM/L teams.
