1 Any one know where the fleet book errata is? I've been working on a Lotus
Improv spreadsheet for FleetBook design and there's some discrepancies in the
figures for the NAC, NSL, FSE and ESU ships.

2 How much does armour cost (in points) in the Fleet Book? I've assumed 2
points per MASS, which seems to agree with most of the ship examples.

When designing the FB vehicles (presumably to check your spreadsheet) use the
systems show in the systems display rather that in the technical descriptions
in all cases except the NSL "Der Theuerdank" fighter carrier. In this case use
an armor rating of 14 (as in the technical specs) instead of 15 (shown on the
diagram.)

I just ran all the designs through my excel sheet today, and they all work.

FYI I should be posting my new version tomorrow. Those interested in a
copy please mail me (off-list please) and indicate if you need a version
for pre-excel 97. I'd be happy to down-grade it for you. Those who are
going to be using it on their palmPilots let me know what spreadsheet app you
plan to use it with, as well. I do not know what it would entail to convert my
spreadsheet to Lotus Improv, or if improv will read it properly, but it might
prove useful for reference.

BTW armor really is 2 pts/mass.
