Okay, who's up for running/playing games at a GZG
West Coast convention? I'm trying to get a feel for how many folks would be
interested in attending, ie: is it worth my time to organize it. I'm
tentatively
planning it for March-April in Los Angeles.
Who's in?

It would be better to try for the SF area, more players on the list around
here.

I can't justify going down to LA for it, but in the SF area I would assuming
the timing is right.

Enjoy, Tom

Hello Everyone: There are several GZG players in the Bay Area. I for one would
like to go to a GZG convention and see how badly my NAC fleet destroyes all
commers.

And yes, that was a challenge!

Now, GZG-West in Seattle, very cool. In Portland or San Francisco,
pretty good. LA's not really central, though.

Okay, so I must be one of the only players on the list who lives in LA...
guess it'll be the San Francisco Bay Area of California. So, still
fishing for interest - seeing if it's worth the
effort to organize, who would be interested in
playing/running games? What dates are best - I'm
thinking March/April time frame. Is there a
certain area of the Bay Area that wouldn't work? I'm thinking Oakland, just
'cause I have friends there and feel like the city might be more trouble or
expense.

Thanks,

John: The challenge is accepted. We will be bringing along some orbital
bombardment ships to help you with that home court advantage. Oh, in addition
I am bringing a friend called the NSL with me.

If you want to do something informal, AgamemCon will have a gaming room.
 I
believe that I've already talked someone into running a FT demo but if you
want to do something more, I've got a place for it.
