How about multiples of 4 mass/400 tons (since cargo has 4 "holds" on the
SSD)?

It seems to be a good break point based on the common base mass of
weapon systems (B-3, Ptorp, SMR etc).

Umm... Big? Some multiple of a Boxcar (100 tons)?
