...here's a site that allows you to find out what would happen if "they"

dropped a nuke on a location of your choice. The weapons range from the
Hiroshima "Fat Man" bomb, rated at 15 kt (I thought it was 20) up to a major
asteroid impact. As the site says, it does not look good... but it

is surprisingly addictive. <g>
