[GZG] SG2 Multi-Fig Basing?

So, I've finally given in to the 15mm Dark Side.

*shakes dramatic fist at Jon*

Come the new year (at some point), I'll be taking the plunge. But one issue
has come up. I've got a few different rule sets that I like a great deal (SG2,
Ambush Alley, Crossfire, AK47 Republic), and a lot of my figures are going to
cross over from one set to the other (Scifi, Cold War) as I experiment and
fiddle. Aesthetically, I'm
leaning towards multi-fig bases; are there any variants/house rules
for SG2 that do this? Has anyone had any success using them?
