sci-fi "not-SG" or even any official SG Miniatures? My
Platoon of GZG infantry in desert camo need someone to fight.

I'm also (payday) going to pick up a dozen or so grays from GZG for use in
an X-COM scenario using ACQ as the rules. :)

You looking for 15mm or 25mm? If 15mm there are some scifi jackel
-headed
figs that are pretty nice. I've got....a lot of them (and maybe someday
there'll be another headpiece type to have for conflicts between the two
:-)
).

http://lists.csua.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gzg-lAt Close Quarters,
published by the British Isles Traveller Society "BITS". It's an update of the
old Traveller game
Snapshot. It is also amazingly like the X-COM game. I'd bet, but don't
know
for sure, that X-COM play was based on Snapshot.

I'm not going 15mm until I have a company of Mercs along with vehicles. At the
rate I'm going probably next summer.

"At Close Quarters"

A revamp of GDW's "Snapshot" for Traveller. It is produced by BITs, and is
available through Their Web site or Warehouse23.

Game play is skirmish using action points to accomplish tasks.
