GZG Prices

I have been trying for a while now to obtain StarGrunt II through my
usual sources (local / Esdevium) and it is absolutely hopeless -
although they do come up with original excuses. So, I have decided to go to
the source, and obtain it from there. However, since GZG doesn't accept credit
cards, I want to put some extra money into the bank draft and order more
'stuff'. Now, my questions:

1. Can someone post the exact price of SGII as well as the mailing cost
(surface and air) to South Africa. 2. Can someone give me an idea of what GZG
sells their SF buildings for, and which models would be recommended. What I am
thinking of is saying 'I want xx pounds of SF buildings, send me the good
ones'. Would this work?

Sigh, at least with the order I will be able to get a catalogue, since South
Africa does not use IRC's (at least not the post offices I talk
to).

It would seem helpful to have a Web page catalog listing GZG products, where
to find them, pricing, etc. especially for folks like Pierre who don't have
local support.
