Point taken..........although considering the lack of content on list this

No, it wasn't that bad this time... but it happens all the time. The only
thing in the digest were one line replies, which made them stand out.
I guess I was just in a bad mood, and for that I apologize.
Did the concept of the Six Million Dollar Sheep kill the list? Has everyone
fled to the forum, and if so, does JohnA have first rights as

do to fix fighters" threads? :-)

Sort of off topic here but, I'm just getting into Victorian Science Fiction in
15mm (in fact I'm kit bashing Landships at the moment). This giant inflatable
sheep has serious (or not so serious) Zeppelin potential. That being said the
list members understandable caution is undoubtedly wise.

The last couple of FMA Sheep events were Victorian SF, and I've been thinking
about a zeppelin. OTOH a fourteen foot sheep might be a little over the top.
OTGH, "over the top" is desirable for both FMA Sheep and Con Queso. I'd have
to deflate it to get it into the van, but once we got it there, all the ECC
attendees could take turns blowing up the sheep.
By the way, that original "Ping" post was sent about a week ago.
I hope your going to use Pink Floyd as background music then.

You're thinking of Indy. I am sort of an anti-Indy--he rolls unnatural
amounts of 1's, I get 6's to a corresponding degree (I wonder if this is
evidence of dice entanglement, something like quantum entanglement? Most of my
d6's are from Avalon Hill games, and IIRC they were from Indy's area...). It's
an understandable mistake, though, since I ahndle the IF, whereas Indy climbs
roqs and wears djinns.

No, the theme song has to be "Sheep" by Pink Floyd.
"Bleating and babbling we fell on his neck with a scream. Wave upon wave of
demented avengers March cheerfully out of obscurity into the dream."
Or, perhaps more appropriate for the sheep game, given your tendency to
involve elder gods:
"The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want He makes me down to lie Through
pastures green He leadeth me the silent waters by. With bright knives He
releaseth my soul. He maketh me to hang on hooks in high places. He converteth
me to lamb cutlets, For lo, He hath great power, and great hunger. When cometh
the day we lowly ones, Through quiet reflection, and great dedication Master
the art of karate, Lo, we shall rise up, And then we'll make the bugger's eyes
water."
And have you considered my Brokeback Mountain of Madness idea? The scenario
pretty much writes itself.

Hi All,
Piiing.
Must be a busy summer in the real world. I know it is for me. All the
telescope operators at the observatory need to take a one month
temporary layoff this summer. Vacations are putting us below 2/3
manpower, of course, then one of the operators broke his hip in a bizarre
accident. I'm the only operator working this month! My boss is working a few
nights (poorly, I might add) to give me a break.
On the GZG front:
-I'm painting up a company of UNSC infantry in 6mm. Their in the
repair stage after I dropped my painting tray.
-in September my club is playing StarGrunt. Glenn Goffin has offered
to run the game.
-GZG West Coast Convention is in October--so let me slip in a
reminder that the early registration price is good until July 1.
That's it for now. Not even any interesting astronomy as the weather has been
so bad.

Ping. Aaargh my eye whatch it!
I see that Wizkids have the rights for a Startrek miniatures game, one is
skirmish the other space ship combat, I dont know much more than that at this
stage but Wizkids have the full rights to do all the series and movies, so
will wait and see what form it takes!
Realease date for Xmas this year, but the wizkids press release that was
posted on another site did mention electronically as well, so think Startrek
Pokemon. I may be way out with what sort of form. electronically could mean.

Your welcome.
I still curious as what is meant by digitally/electronic, in their press
release statment and how it may effect the miniatures game, if at all!
