...which is in the greater KC, MO area. March 30th-April 1st.
Is anyone else from the list going?
While tending more towards the historical games, Recruits has been opening
up more to fantasy and sci-fi. I'll be down for JUST Saturday, but I'll
bring some FT ships, just in case...

PS Mike, a no outside refreshments policy can seem a bit rigid, but I know how
much we depend on the small but constant profit, and there is actually a bit
of expense involved in cleaning up afterwards.
Our store doesn't require in-store purchase, but you can pretty much
assume
you'll get relatively good-natured ribbing if you 'bring your own.'

Bummer, I'm driving to Topeka from Cheyenne for a work trip and was going to
stay with friends in the KC area over that weekend, but they ended up being
out of town.
Are you in Lincoln?
Sorry to miss you, but all too familiar a story.
Yes, live in Lincoln, part owner of a small store called Gauntlet Games,
though I'm mostly there to clean and cover between shifts. Haven't been doing
NEAR the gaming I intended. Still, if you get to Lincoln, you can look up the
store, ask after me, and we can try to hook up and burn some fleets
noiselessly in the aether...
Wait, if youre in Cheyenne, Denver cons have to be a semi-regular
occurance, right? I miss having my daughter in Thornton, then Greeley, wait,
scratch the Greeley part. I'd visit her, and swing down to DGA
events, the occasional BenCon, and even whatever the sci-fi shop,
Star-something, geeky con on one occasion.
This summer, the daughter is dumping her husband and twin kids to go to
GenCon with me. ;->=

Yeah, I live east of Cheyenne and work in Cheyenne. Anyone finds themselves in
the area, or passing through, drop me an email. Anyone
running something within 2-3 hours drive let me know.
I do travel a bit with my job (and I was actually in Sheridan in Mid February,
what a bummer to know this now). Drop me a private email and maybe we can work
something out sometime.
To Doug: I have been trying to make it to the various Denver Cons but so far
haven't made one since Ghenghis two years ago, but it was mostly a business
thing so didn't get to play.
I have friends in Cheyenne, we get down 2-3 times a year. I'm planning
on TactiCon in Denver (September).
