[GZG] [OFFICIAL] Update on various things.....

Lots of assorted bits to go through, so here goes....

First, as mentioned in my last news posting, we are CLOSED until next
Monday (20th July) for a short holiday - last Friday, before we
closed up, we managed to get ALL the orders cleared that had been
placed up to that point - but of course anything received after that
will be in the queue for processing as soon as we re-open; if you've
placed a PAYPAL order this week and not yet received a payment
request from us, don't panic - I'll be getting them all sent out
before we re-open, so if you pay them promptly once you receive them
it won't hold anything up. Any orders that we received up to the end of the
evening of Friday 10th (plus a few hours of leeway for those across the Pond)
will still qualify for the extra free goodies when
they are sent out, and were also entered into the prize draw - more
on that below.

While on this week of holiday, I've only been checking work emails very
intermittently, and then only dealing with the most urgent items. If you've
emailed us over the last week and not yet had a response, please be patient,
I'll try to catch up with them as soon as I can.

I'd like to say a BIG thank-you to everyone who wished me a Happy
Birthday for last Friday, either on lists/forums/email or in the
comments on your orders! I had a great 50th Birthday, and no, I don't
feel any different - I'm just as knackered as when I was 49....  ;-)

There will be MORE NEW STUFF very soon, including more 15mm (of
course) AND some new FT Starships at last - for those Vacc-heads who
have been thinking that the Gropos have been having it all their own way for a
few months! Check back here for some previews very shortly.

Last but far from least, the WINNER of the prize draw was picked out on
Saturday 11th as promised, and the lucky customer (from all those
who placed orders during the offer period) was IAN HAMMOCK - I've
already emailed Ian with the good news, and his prize package will be
on its way straight after we re-open.
