SELWG CANCELLATION, and the NO-SELWG SALE....
As many of you will by now be aware, the SELWG show at Crystal Palace
scheduled for 21st Oct has been CANCELLED, due to problems with the venue. As
this leaves us without a show in October, we need to boost
turnover this month to make up the shortfall - hence the NO-SELWG
SALE:

This offer applies to all currently listed items of GZG-manufactured
products, subject to availability, INCLUDING pack deals. The automated order
confirmation email you receive will show the full list prices, applicable
discount will be deducted manually when we process the sale.
We hope that some of you who would have bought from us at SELWG will take
advantage of this offer to get your stuff anyway, and we also
hope to see many of you at WARFARE in Reading in November (17/18th).

Now isn't this typical, my £127 worth of 6mm armor was ordered on 02.00,
friday morning and thus arrived yesterday... I knew I should have waited a
week.

Purely hypothetical, but, if Jon offered to let you buy £73+ more, but
give you a cumulative 20% off, would you bite? If he made you promise not to

I do sympathise, Johan - and if you email me directly off-list I can
see what we can do (maybe not quite as the Beast says, but something
at least to lessen the pain....). ;-)
This sale has been very much a spur-of-the-moment decision due to the
sudden and very short notice cancellation of the show; I wasn't planning to
run any more offers until the usual Christmas one.
The loss of SELWG for this year is a real pain - not only the lost
sales, but it was always a really fun show to do (plus I wanted to buy some
stuff from other people for myself, that'll now have to wait
for Warfare...!) :-/

Spent the weekend in the store's booth at a local con; surprisingly, took in
more money than I spent, but barely...
That's personally; the store did a bit better. Damn well needs it.
