,

There are a smattering of names throughout the timelines you've constructed
for the gzgverse. I was wondering if any of them are either homages to some
fictional characters or if any of them are quiet wink-and-nods to
friends or acquaintances? (Other than the Delafield, R.I.P. Adam)

The odd intersection of me contemplating the timeline to setup my next ECC
scenario and a friend bragging about how Ringo is going to put him in as a red
shirt in some coming book made me wonder if maybe you'd done this kind of
thing?

Actually no, I don't think I have (as far as I can recall) - but I'll
bear it in mind in the future! ;-)

Me and a couple of friends do get named as grunts in one of Sandy
Mitchell's (aka Alex Stewart's) Commissar Cain GW 40K novels.... :-)

... and probably the best set of 40k books one can buy. Cain is my hero.
