I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with Monday Knight
Productions. Back on November 15, 2007, I placed an order for two space mats,
one with
2 inch grid squares, and another with 1-1/2" hexes.
I was hoping to get them both in time for Christmas.

I wrote to them on Dec. 13 asking about my order. They said they had one mat,
but the other still needed to be made. They would not charge my credit card
until the items were shipped to me.

I asked about my order again in February. I was again told that the hexes were
read but the grid was not. They offered to split the order, but I really
wanted both of them.

I asked about my order again a few days ago, March 14. This time I said if
they can't fill my order that I would take my business to another vendor. I
haven't received a reply this time around.

It's been 4 months since I placed my order. Does it usually take this long to
get an order filled with them? Anyone else have any experience with these
folks?

Sounds like house and job issues, as the MKP is mostly a hobby business it
isn't surprising that delays like this happen.

Nice guys, but I know there are other priorities in that shop.
