http://lists.csua.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gzg-lI have been pulling
the figs off their bases and just using them for DS2, as I saw fit. I haven't
really thought about direct conversions. There are a lot of different figure
models, and are useful if you like that scale.

Do you really mean DS? The figures are huge, possibly size 3 or 4 in SG 25mm
scale, let alone DS...
I've got 3, with plans to use them in SG at some point.

http://lists.csua.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gzg-lWhoa, that was a
long time ago. I found one other link, but it was dead. I guess this was
looked at early on, but shelved.
I still like the figs, and have collected some that I use from time to time in
DS2. There is enough variation, where you can pick and choose as per your
whims.

http://lists.csua.berkeley.edu/mailman/listinfo/gzg-lI use them in DS2
at the Mechwarrior scale (1/160 IIRC). I don't mix with
6mm though. Figures are already in fire teams and painted. Who could ask for
anything more.:)

Yes, I do mean Dirtside. I've played around with using It with 15mm troops
too.
My thinking is to multiple movement and ranges by 1.5 or 2. I have a 4x8 table
and LOTS of terrain. Only HEL would dominate. Doubling would make 1 inch =
50m, the same ground scale used for most Historical miniatures (Command
Decision, Fire and Fury to name a couple).
