Am looking to make some firing arc templates for various weapons in Full
Thrust using different size MU (Measure Units, such as 1MU=1cm and 1MU=
1/2".)
Thinking a good protractor would do this, just draw it myself onto
cardstock/cardboard.Or is there a better/easier way???/
Thanks,
MD
I believe the FT2 PDF is available for free from www.gzg.com store; so simply
download and print from the back of the file.

Sounds like he's talking about pie-slice-shaped templates; FTII just has
the sighting ring, right?
Of course, works as a place to start. You could image copy, not the DB type,
of course, and use something as simple as Paint to blow it up to the size you
need, and add simple lines to make the pie shape.
Kinda weirds me out as complex, though, especially carrying around this
baggage. I will admit it may save time as you don't have to sight through a
recticle, then measure distance.
I noticed he didn't go up to a full inch for MU's. A yard long, 120 degree,
pie-sliced bit of card sounds very awkward.

point of this - its not like warhammer/stargrunt - the
area effects of some weapons are huge in real life
